Two bedrooms with double beds will embrace you in quiet comfort. The living area with a kitchenette is a place where cooking is done slowly and eating without haste. And if you arrive as a group of 5, the fifth person will sleep on the sofa by the window.
Outside the window lies no street. Outside the window lies our garden — living, mature, a full hectare. A park that wasn't mowed to perfection but was allowed to just be. Trees have been growing here for years. Meadows bloom without chemicals. Silence here is a given, not a luxury.

The Sunrise Suite is located on the first floor, oriented to the north and east — where the light arrives as the first guest. Quiet, unobtrusive, but certain. You wake up to the garden. To the mature trees. To that moment when the world is still all yours.
57 m² of space in four rooms — three bedrooms, each with a double bed, each with its own silence. The Sunrise Suite is the largest of our family, and yet
it does not feel like a hotel complex. It feels like a place someone built with love and didn't forget a single detail.
A fully equipped kitchen invites you to slow breakfasts. Or have breakfast delivered — café-style, homemade, nutritious, beautifully prepared — right to your door, to your bed, into your morning.
Outside the windows lies our one-hectare eco-garden. No chemicals in the soil, no noise behind the fence. Just trees, meadows, birds, and air that tastes different than in the city. This piece of the world — it is yours alone.
In the afternoon, a saltwater pool, full of sea minerals. In the evening, a massage by a certified massage therapist right in your suite or in a romantic garden house. In the morning, that light again.

On the Rocks carries something of the rugged beauty of the surrounding landscape. Authentic design, deep privacy, a silence that isn't empty — it's full of the sounds of nature. The rustling of leaves, birdsong, air charged with the forest.
A piece of the garden around it is yours alone. No one sees you, no one disturbs you.
At the end of the day — a hot massage tub awaits outside. The water warms up, the stars light up, and the world shrinks to exactly the right size.

Blue Beauty is not found — Blue Beauty appears. Hidden deep among the mature trees of a one-hectare eco-garden, in a protected bird area, far from light pollution and the noise of the world.
Design that cannot be found elsewhere. Every detail was created with passion and intent. The dishes you will eat breakfast from did not come off a factory line — they were handmade by a Czech ceramicist exactly according to our design. Every cup is an original.
Mornings like in a café. Only better. You wake up to the sound of birds singing. And then a café-style breakfast arrives right to your bed. No need to rush anywhere.
The evening belongs to the stars. Here, light pollution doesn't know the way. Treat yourself to a hot bath in a massage hot tub under the open sky — steam rises, stars shine, time has stopped. And when your body says enough, a massage therapist will come directly to you in the romantic garden house with a view of the park.

When the sun peaks and the garden smells of warm grass, just a few steps through the greenery and you will find yourself at our saltwater pool loaded with minerals from the Dead Sea. No chlorine, no chemicals — just silky water that caresses the skin and relaxes the body.
The pool is separated from Sakura by greenery and the tree lines of the eco-garden — discreetly, with a sense of privacy. Your hideaway remains your hideaway. And yet, refreshment is always within reach.
