• Free entry to the outdoor saltwater pool with Dead Sea Minerals without chemistry and chlorine in the months of June – August

• The price includes furnishings of the apartment, use of the outdoor swimming pool in the moths of June - August, WiFi internet in the aparmtents only, not in the tiny houses, parking by the house, recreational fees of the municipality and VAT.

• The price does not include final cleaning 450-550 CZK / apartment or tiny house / stay. We clean and wash only in natural products, no harmful chemicals..., using pure essential oils to make it here even nicer

• a little dog is accepted in Tiny house On the rocks for CZK 600

• New Year’s Eve and Christmas stays are possible for 4 nights.

• Minimum length of the stay is 2 nights. From July to August, only weekly stays are possible.

• Deposit of 50% of the total price is paid on the day of booking. A further 50% is paid 30 days before your stay. In case of booking less than 30 days prior to arrival, a deposit of 100% is paid. In case of cancellation of the reservation 30 days prior to arrival, 100% of the price is charged.
